Pumaspeed have developed and tested a new Evolution 4-2-1 manifold for the Fiesta MK4/5 & Zetec-s MK5, this also fits the Puma (all models)
The system incorparates a new swept design collector and integral 60mm flex pipe which will maximize power and ensure trouble free movment of both engine and exhaust.
This new manifold will then connect to the RACE EXHAUST with either SPORT CAT or FREE DE-CAT. The RACE EXHAUST has now been redesigned to double up as a CAT BACK for non-manifold applications.
Car owner ZEP HAYES from the ZSOC forum chose to have the optional SPORT CATALIST fitted rather than the FREE DE-CAT section
The MAGNEX CAT BACK and standard FORD cat and FORD manifold were removed. Mr. Hayes was present at both the before and after independent tests,he was overjoyed to see a 14bhp increase using the MILLTEK SPORT EVO MANIFOLD and RACE EXHAUST even with temps much higher for the second rolling road session.
