The X47 turbo range for the Ford Fiesta ST (ST180) launched in January of 2017. Since then, the use of this unit globally has grown exponentially, and way beyond our initial expectations. The proven power and reliablity of this unit, combined with nothing but fantastic customer reviews, makes the X47 turbo range, without doubt, the best and most popular hybrid turbo for the ST180, with over 1700 examples sold to date worldwide. 

This core unit is designed to fit inside any X47R/X48R unit - it will repair a worn unit, and it can also upgrade an existing X47R into the 2023 specification, the X48R. It can also be used to fit into other turbo units including the Laird Performance 5111 hybrid to upgrade that unit also. 

It cannot be used to repair a stock turbo as the wheels are larger than the stock turbine wheels. It is only for existing X47R/X48R units, or other hybrid turbo users.
