Pumaspeed has been involved with developing new products for the Focus RS since the vehicle’s public debut back in 2009. From the outset it was clear that to increase the power output significantly, an improvement to the airflow capacity on the RS’ standard intake setup would be required.

The Pumaspeed design brief for the J1 Automotive consultancy was to product and inexpensive air box top that could match and even better the performance of similar warranty friendly designs.

The New Focus RS Mk2 air box lid is as simple to fit as any other design and will take approximatly 10 mins to fully install and de-install therefore making the unit pretty much WARRANTY SAFE.
