NEW DESIGN EVO 2 version of the Milltek Sport manufactured Pumaspeed Best Seller

The NEW EVO 2 Manifold from Pumaspeed features an enhanced flow collector and flexi pipe that has shown results of over 400 bhp on Supercharger equipped vehicles.

Not wanting to sit back and rest on the fact that Pumaspeed have helped tune over 2000 Fiesta ST150 since its launch in 2005, the team took another look at the still massivley popular 4-1 EVO design.

Using the same technology used in their 400bhp Supercharger exhaust the design team could see a very simple and effective way of adding extra flow and therefore power into all Fiesta ST.
With a simple change in the Flexible pipe design ,changing from a 57mm internal to a 17% larger 67mm internal diameter, any possible flow restriction could be avoided and flow in the ful rev range could be increased
This is the result of the new design collaboration between Pumaspeed and MilltekSport is the BRAND NEW EVO 2 manifold, Designed with one thing in mind POWER...

Whats the secret ?
Its all in the primary pipe specification.The correct length and diameter of the primary pipework makes all the difference.

Benefits include -
Universal fit - any exhaust / Standard Cat, Sports Cat ,Decat standard ford or performance aftermarket, YES TEY ALL FIT !!
Increased rigidity - the picture shows a support bracket that stops flex high on the primary pipes that will eliminate cracking totally experienced by some stainless steel manifolds.

Fully tig welded upper ports - this follows in line with all milltek products, the inside of the pipe joints are tig (seam) welded for the highest flow possible (other manufactures do not join pipes this way, it takes too long)

Shown with support bracket to ensure 100% stability.OTHER MAKES DO NOT HAVE THIS FEATURE AND WILL CRACK

Fitting Tip-
1. Remove the original flexi.
2. Remove the lower gearbox stabilizer.
3. Remove the original manifold.
4. Support the engine front underneath (Beware the sump is fragile).
5. Remove the cam chain side engine mount and PS tank lid.
6. Pull the engine forward and down.
7. Expand the transmission tunnel heat shielding to allow for the 4 new headers.
8. Slide the manifold in from the top and bolt into place
9. Re-assemble the vehicle.
