Delivery FAQ

Here at Pumaspeed, we know how important it is to have your goods as soon as you order them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion, an upcoming track day or the next big Owners Club meet.

Pumaspeed's couriers travelled over 5,000,000 miles in 2011, making deliveries to all corners of the world. With an ever expanding network of customers, the Pumaspeed community will grow even more in 2012… will you be part of it?

Whether you are buying in bulk for a large trade order or a small part to give your car that extra performance it needs, our dispatch team work tirelessly around the clock to ensure you the highest levels of service.

We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.

APC LogoIf you are ordering inside the UK 99% of products will be sent with APC direct using their next day courier service. Other larger bulkier items may require road freight or special attention due to weight or delicacy but that will be explained to you in the product information page or when you come to check out.

Fed Ex LogoIf you are ordering for delivery outside of the UK, we usually send all items out via Fed Ex. As we believe their service offers both, ourselves and you, our customer, the fastest and most cost effective method of delivery.

You can track all active orders on your profile page. On this page our dispatch team post real time updates on your order information, including all appropriate tracking numbers. So you know just when to expect your special delivery.

All our couriers require a signature on receipt so we strongly advise customers be available at their chosen delivery address to ensure they are not disappointed.

All non U.K. and E.U. customers will not be charged the U.K. vat rate.
